Returns and Exchanges

We stand by our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any of your pieces break or don’t work as explained, we will do all we can to help you work through the issues, replace the broken parts, or refund your purchase. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any questions, please reach out to us via our customer support line at: (435) 261-2244 or email us at: [email protected]. If your pieces are broken and you would like to exchange them or you want to return or kit for a refund, we’ll ask that you return them to us. If the reason for the return is on us, we’ll send you a return label. If the return is your choice, then you will be responsible for the return postage. 

We offer trainings for anyone who wants to get the most out of the product. If the YouTube videos aren’t giving you everything you need, reach out and we’ll set up a time to go over everything with you and your team!
